"Free shipping weekends are the best! Otherwise great service, I'm on here almost daily at this point. It's a good thing their prices are good because otherwise my wallet would be hurting a lot more. I'd have to say I've ordered about 6 times with them over the course of the year, and plan on more as long as they keep running good deals. A couple of times I've had to contact customer service, and it's been a great experience. They're friendly, and they know their stuff. One or two things have shipped a little later than I expected, and I've called them to check on the order. They even upgraded my shipping for free on one order! The rest has been on time or earlier. This is a great place to shop!"

"i have been ordering from this company for two years they are always delayed in shipping the items. i have e-mailed and chat with these people. they have a set of reasons already prepared apparently i found out that they are lying about it when their made up reasons were mixed up. the 1st reason is that they are moving on a bigger warehouse. 2nd was the package was packed and ready for shipment. 3rd is ready for shipment within 2 bussiness days. 4th ready for shipment in 1 week. i have spent thousand of $$$ in these company and i think it is not worth the aggravation and inconvenience they have made. it is cost efficient to buy it on different comapny eventhough you have to pay tax and a little bit more shipping on a more reputable company. i would never order from this company anymore- they have lost another customer- i sure wish that i have read the reviews about this company first before being their customer."

I bought a $2900 Armasight NV Biocular-took 35 days to receive. Upon receipt, the unit was scratched badly and also had a broken piece of Important" plastic. DVOR says tough luck, as it has been OVER 30 days since I purchased!!! Now fighting with AMEX on my side against this corrupt company. Also, the NV Biocular looks like it was probably USED and returned by someone else before me. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!!"

"I have purchased approximately $2400 over 10 separate orders. I was charged shipping once when I should not have been and one email resulted in an apology and immediate reversal. I ordered a flash light that did not ship for a couple of weeks and I sent an email to make sure everything was ok. The next day I received an explanation that the estimated ship date was 4-6 weeks. I had missed this on the product page and it arrived in under 4 weeks.

Most important, everything that I have ordered has been in it's original factory packaging and in perfect condition. And the brands that they offer are really top shelf."
