"Packaged arrived quickly, but it was packed like box of rocks. I've never seen such minimal packaging. Even the plastic envelopes were worn. It appeared someone had taken off clear plastic covering from lock face and then put it back on. Items were loose in the box. My sense is this is an item someone returned that I got to pay $242 for. Haven't had chance to install it as my trailer is in storage. Sure hope it works. If not, I'll return. Either way, if this is typical, I won't be back."
