By Wednesday, the order had not yet shipped, so I contacted Customer Service and was told it was likely shipping later that day. By the end of the day Thursday, the order had still not shipped, so I contacted CS again and was assured this was not their usual prompt service and the warehouse was blamed. CS said it canceled my order and put in a new one.

The drapes finally arrived the following Tuesday ... and were the wrong color: oyster instead of beige. I didn't bother contacting Dyer about the color problem. Not the best match for my RV, but at least I have drapes. "
