"I ordered a dress from dylanqueen.com about 3 weeks ago. I received the dress 2 days ago. I am very unhappy and I think it was such a waste of my time and money. my reasons to be unhappy:
1. the dress is 2 size bigger than what I ordered. It is so big that after trying it on I could grab a big chunk of material around my waist and below!!
2. the dress I received was different from the picture I saw on their website in regards to the material. the dress shape is the same but for example the black lace is not even close to the black lace of the picture.
It is very cheap material and cheap lace in compare to the picture.
for example the lace on the pic had distinguished flowers but the dress I got has a very cheap lace w some patterns on it with no flowers.
the dress looks so bad that I do not want to wear it in any occasion.
3. the biggest issue here is that when I was ordering the dress they were so prompt in answering my emails and chats. However, now that I have a problem w the size and quality and want to contact them, there is no one answering my emails and all of a sudden no one is available to chat.
On their return policy it mentions that if there is a mistake in the size, I can legally return the dress. However, how can I return it or solve my problem when no one is answering me?
I took the dress to my favorite tailor to see if I can fix the problems and create something useful out of this dress but the tailor says it has so much work that she wants to charge me $150 minimum to fix the problems.

I am very Unhappy and I wish I did not order from them.
I wasted my time and money and I hope other ppl do not fall into the same trap."
