"I was very disappointed the dress was tailored poorly. It was not even wearable. The worst part about the experience was I contacted them and explained my issue that the dress was not wearable and I was told I could send the dress back and get half of my money back. "VERY VERY SATISFIED! First let me say that I was kinda worried about this order as a prom dress is very important to a teen girl. We looked around for prom dresses and found that "ball gowns" were priced between $300 and $700 in our area. We even tried Penny's and Macy's but found that their gowns did not fit well (for my daughter) even though the price was right. My daughter's measurements are not standard and so we started to look online. Dylanqueen offered tailoring with their gowns so we decided to try. We received the gown before the date expected and we were really happy with the product. It fit her perfectly, and was beautifully tailored. It was as good as any we tried on and was many many $$ less.
However, I will say this was made in China, so I cannot vouch for the "working conditions" of the workers but I hope that they treat them well as they are very good at what they do. Kudos to the tailor of this gown!"
