"Would love to be able to see each dress in all the colors on the model. Many other sites have this option. The customer service people were not able to tell me the name of the color of the dress on the model. Just to order it as shown if I wanted it. Not a big deal but wanted to have a name for the color. Your prices are decent but I won't be able to tell for sure until I receive the dress and what I am actually paying for. (I wanted to put inbetween moderately priced and high priced). This view could change if the quality and fit of the dress is as expected. The same goes for whether I will shop here in the future. If I receive the dress on time and the quality and fit is great then I will shop here again and tell others about you."

"I bought my formal dress with this website and, as I often don't fit the standard sizes, had it made to measure. When it arrived I was very excited to try it on but found that the lace looked cheaper than expected and was also odd in how it was heavily padded...
But that wasn't even the heart of the issue. I tried it on and it was not only too long but it was also massively too big around the bust and that had a massive impact on the rest of the dress.
When I emailed the company I was stern but fair with how I described my experience and even offered to send them photos.
Once I did they replied that the photos - despite being incredibly obvious about how I could fit TWO FISTS inside my bust region to make it taut - were not descriptive enough and I would have to include a measuring tape to prove that they were the wrong measurements.
Despite feeling that this measure was utterly ridiculous - what incentive do I have to supply them with false measurements when I'm likely to LOSE money in the end? - I complied and showed pictures of the measuring tape evidencing that the dress was indeed too big.
They then replied that it was not the 'correct' way to measure (I followed the same guide I had originally used to measure myself) and asked if they could provide me with some actual instructions on how they would prefer me to measure myself.
Eventually the most they could give me as a refund was an insulting 18%... not even a round 20? What even is that? The amount they were proposing pretty much just covered the postage. Simply insulting.
And before they try to defend themselves, I used dylanqueen.com NOT dylanqueen.co.uk so they shouldn't dare try to shirk out of this bad review.
If you're considering buying a dress from these people then think again because it is not even worth the internet charges for loading their site on your browser. Stay well away."
