"I placed an order to buy a domain name through them and their system said since its my first time i have to deposit money in their account before placing an order. This was annoying but i complied and deposited money and then placed my order. Then i get an email that I will be banned unless i send them all types of proves and ids that i'm the owner of this card. (The order total was $30 for 2 domains not hundreds of dollars).
Meanwhile the transaction went through and my address and my name everything matched up. So i told them im not sending you photo copies of my ids and my credit card and if you dont want my business then ill go somewhere else.
They canceled and i got a domain somewhere else in less than 5 minutes for $7.50 thats 50% cheaper.
I dont see a reason for anyone to keep using them. Now i just hope i get my money back.
