"I tried ordering a Young Manufacturing National Match BCG for my AR 15 through these guys site for $210.00 shipped. After inputting all my info and clicking submit order, it told me that my order had been canceled and was not processed due to a AVS (address verification system) error and to try again. So, I tried once more thinking maybe I fat fingered something. Same thing again... CANCELED! So, I went to M4rifles.com and purchased it for $9 more with no problems what so ever. Come to find out "Dynamic Armament" did indeed charge me for the 2 orders for a total of $420.00! I have not received any conformation what so ever from them for these orders and my account on their site does not show any previous orders... I have been trying to contact them via phone and email with no avail. I have probably called 25 times in the past 5 days with the same outcome on all 3 of there menu options and that is to leave a message and someone will get back to me. Have not got a single call back yet! Same goes for the 3 emails I have sent... I have disputed these charges through my bank, but the funds are still unavailable. I am now $639.00 into it for one $199.99 part! BUYERS BEWARE!!!
*UPDATE* Finally got a hold of the owner this morning. I informed him of the situation and he told me it was not his problem and that he had to deal with another customer in the same boat that tried purchasing an item 7 times and not to feel so bad. He told me he didn't understand why you people keep trying to reorder! I asked him if he could cancel the "orders" and again he told me it was not his problem and once he sees that orders where denied he passes right over them. I asked who I needed to talk to in gettiing this resolved and he started going off the handle about his merchant "Authorize.net" and how again it was not his problem and I needed to try giving them a call, not him. Well, I just got off the phone with "Authorize.net" and they informed me that they do handle payment transactions for online stores, but funding's will only post to buyers accounts if the seller approves it. I explained the whole story to them and the said if the seller was not willing to cooperate then the best thing to do would be to dispute the charges or put a stop payment on them. Avoid this place like the plague and give your business to someone who actually cares!"

Not only did they have both items, but they had them at a very good price as well. "I order an AR-15 upper with free Troy Package (hand rail, folding rear sight). Even though the site said it out of stock, I press my luck and order it any way. Long and behold, I got an email notify me that my order already shipped. I got it three days later. It was a very nice upper (very good deal too). If you need any AR-15 upper, Dynamic Armament is only place that I can find with great discount. All their upper is life time warranty. I was hesitant at first, but now it will be the shop for my AR-15 need. Thank Dynamic Armament."
"I found Dynamic Armament Via Google on-line. after contacting the store I originally thought I had everything in order that I was going to purchase. However After speaking with the owner I learned very quickly that he was very knowledgable and a hands on guy in the AR-15 area and he provided me with some very usefull information about the items I was wanting to buy. Nevertheless he spent a great deal of time explaining to me what would actually be better for my application of the weapon system, such as pros and cons. "As many people know, finding parts for black rifles is getting harder and harder. After hearing the AG say yesterday that the new administration is going to try to revive the AW ban, I decided that I was going to get what I need right away. After reading the last two posts on here, I had pretty much decided that I should stay away from Dynamic. Unfortunately, I did not see these reviews until after I had already placed an order. I took the advice of one of the men posting and specifically asked for Leigh to call me back. I sent a fax, an e-mail and left a message on the phone. Within 10 minutes of sending my fax, she called and was incredibly helpful. I ordered a Stag complete lower receiver and also a stripped lower. She assured me that they had them in stock and that they would ship out no later than Monday. About 10 minutes ago I received an e-mail from her telling me that the order was ready to ship and that it would go out via priority mail tomorrow, which is a Saturday. I am incredibly impressed and will certainly continue to buy from them if this is their normal level of service. If for any reason, something should go astray and this doesn't turn out as smoothly as I think it will, I will also post that on here. If you have concerns about the negative posting on here, call Leigh before you decide to run away and let her give you her side of the story as it relates to that buyer. "

"Use caution with this company. When ordering online they often list things "In stock" when they are actually just taking orders. If you want to order something do it by phone, and good luck trying to talk to someone. If you don't believe me just call the number and leave a message, it's on their website. I ordered a part that said it was in stock. I didn't receive an email confirming the order so I started trying to call. I eventually was told that they didn't mark the part as low in stock because they had 20 of that part in stock at the close of business. They claimed it would be 4 to 8 weeks so I decided to stay on the list. About 6 weeks later I attempted to contact them because I wanted to add parts to my order. I eventually received a phone call back after I left a message stating I have dealt with numerous companies recently and they are the only business I have dealt with that doesn't return messages. A guy called me back to argue. He contended that they are, "not the only company that doesn't return messages. Some of our vendors don't return our calls." I really thought that was an amazingly ignorant argument, however I did learn that I was number 30 in line on the list for that part. I didn't even congratulate him on how well he was doing, didn't think there was a chance he'd sell 20 but ended up selling more than 50 in less than 5 hours (close of business to the time I ordered that night). 11 weeks after I ordered they listed that very part as in stock again. After 4 days it was listed as out of stock. I sent an email stating "I see you offered one POF USA P-415-16-P9SX-223 COMPLETE UPPER for sale on Monday. Does that mean those of us with them on backorder can expect ours soon?. They replied with "YES I WILL KEEP YOU IN LINE. AS YOU KNOW WE DO NOT CHARGE YOUR CARD UNTILTHE ITEM SHIP, IN OTHER WORDS.... YOU ARE NOT AN OWER YET." I'm just trying to figure out the bit about the ower. Does that mean I'm not "technically a customer" so I can be ignored, lied to, and passed up on a "list" because the price went up since I ordered it? It's either that or they are listing things as "In Stock" on their sight when they mean "Currently Taking Orders". I've seen other internet stores that have a computer system smart enough to know when the inventory runs out. Might be a good idea for them to invest in.
