"It Awesome Technical and good DEAL price! "
"Delivered very timely. Product works as advertised"
"Dynaspy service was quick, product was received with in two days. The on person hidden camera is great. The only problem is the written instructions were written in literal translated English which made no sense at all. I learned to operate the camera through trial and error. But again, the camera works as advertised once I taught myself."
"I accidentally put the wrong street number on my shipping address. I called them and emailed them the right street number, they responded quickly even the product was shipped out and I received my order in good condition and on time."

"Dynaspy has been good in the past, but this order has been one of the worst experiences I have had in a long time. Ordered on June 5th, credit card charged on June 6th. Called them on June 18th to check on order and was told it had shipped out on June 15th. Postal Service received electronic pick-up request on June 19th. Called again on June 22nd and was told "he will look around for it" and call me back in an hour. No call. It is now June 26th and the USPS site still says the package has not been picked up.
06/26/12
Update: US Postal service had lost the package during shipping. Can you imagine that a Government run facility could actually mess something up? ;) All is well with the World again. Dynaspy shipped my package via UPS. United Parcel Service has NEVER lost a package on me. Thank you Dynaspy for your understanding and quick response once the problem was figured out. Yes ... I WILL do business with Dynaspy again."
"I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER AS OF YET AND I HAVE CONTACTED THEMSEVERAL TIMES REGARDING THIS MATTER. I AM NOT A HAPPY CONSUMER AND WILL PURSUE OTHER MEANS TO GET MY MONEY BACK."
"In the first place, do not believe any of the 5 star "reviews" that you see for Dynaspy. Those are surely family and friends of the owners, posing as customers. It would be impossible to have a 5 star experience with a company like Dynaspy.
Where do I begin? Dynaspy is a drop-shipper of cut-rate, Chinese merchandise. If you know how drop-shipping works, then you know that means that NOTHING at Dynaspy is ever really "in-stock". Once you place an order with Dynaspy, they order it from China. Of course, according to their website, everything is always "in stock". I waited 2 months and14 days for a camera that was supposedly "in stock". After a month of waiting, I called them and talked to "Cara" (the woman who handles everything for the company). She admitted that the item was never in stock to begin with and that they had to "order it". For the entire 2 months and 14 days that I waited, the item continued to say "in stock" on their website--as do all of their items. That is part of their scam.
It gets better. The camera that I got was advertised as having a 1280x960 resolution. In reality, it had a resolution of 480x640. This is like telling someone that they are buying a Cadillac and then sending them a Hugo instead. The camera was completely unusable under any conditions. The same crappy camera that they sent me was widely available (and still is) on eBay for $8.95. The high resolution one that they were supposed to send me costs $70-90 with legitimate retailers. So you can see that the resolution makes all the difference in the pricing. I paid Dynaspy $69 for, what was supposed to be, a 1280x960 resolution camera. I knew about the $8.95 cameras on eBay before ordering with Dynaspy. I could have easily gotten of those instead, but I wanted to high resolution one that Dynaspy supposedly had.
I let them know my grievances in a calm and respectful manner. I could have easily called and told them know that they are nothing more than a Mom&Pop drop-shipper with a fancy website, that they claim that everything is in stock to lure customers, and that they purposely misrepresent their products and that they should all be up on charges. But I went the polite, but firm, route. I told them I was sending the camera back and wanted a refund. About two weeks later I received am email from Cara, telling me that I would receive a refund. Get this...Cara decided to lecture me in the email, saying that Dynaspy is breaking their "no refund" policy just for me and that they were "sorry that I didn't like the product", but they would not break the policy again. Of course, all she was trying to do was cover Dynaspy (from a legal standpoint) by making it look like I simply didn't like the product. This had nothing to do with my "liking" or "not liking" the camera. It had to do with Dynaspy purposely misrepresenting an item, in order to sell it.
I could easily, and successfully, file against them with the FTC, BBB and others, and may still do so. I have never encountered such a rogue company, and I have been online for close to 20 years. Here is hoping that they never get even one more customer. "
"My experience isn't over yet, though it might well be. Ordering was easy and appeared legitimately secure, so no complaints there. But when my order status never changed from "Processing" I got worried, and replied to the order confirmation email, which said to do so. That email bounced, a very bad sign. I then sent an email through the Contact Us form on their site, which went entirely unanswered.
However, after a few weeks, and without the Order Status ever changing, I received what i ordered (though to an extremely misspelled address). The order was correct, but the product was shoddy. Plugging it in elicits an audible hiss of the camera, and when it's recording it just gets worse.
I tried to call their customer support number to get an RMA, but the two choices are Sales and Technical Support. Technical Support no longer exists except theoretically by the Contact Us form which nobody answered; and the Sales line took about 30 seconds to claim that all the representatives were busy and that I should leave a voicemail. So i sent another request through the site for an RMA, but I don't have high hopes this will end well.
LATER:
I did end up getting the item RMA'd. It took a while, but when I got the new one back, it worked much closer to how it was advertised. The camera quality is still pretty low, but at least it doesn't make every dog on the block start to bark."
