"Overall we love the local staff and school. Our issue is at higher levels that don’t seem to understand our school culture or put our children’s safety first. They prioritize the staff preference. This applies to Covid as well as other vaccines. It doesn’t fit with the other centers in the area. We cannot recommend this center because of these policies."

"For the most part, my family has had a positive experience with Everbrook Academy. The staff have been generally very helpful, sincere, and receptive to questions, concerns, and needs for our child. There have been moments of inconsistency as it pertains to communication in the app and overall notification of things as they pertain to our child. Specifically, we have received notices of injuries multiple days and sometimes weeks later. There is inconsistency with sharing weekly curriculum activities or learning goals to parents. Finally, the transition to new classes could be a bit smoother and parents should be notified in a more timely manner with more details regarding the move and given the opportunity to have a parent-teacher conference with the new teacher. Overall, all things that can be improved and things that have not significantly tarnished our perception of the care and learning our child is receiving."

"My general experience with the school is not satisfactory. I feel teachers are not attending promptly to kid's needs and do not have their best interest in mind. This school is also short on staff. They have many different teachers rotating through the room during the day and is short on long-term dedicated teachers. When problem occurs, they tend to blame on you instead of taking immediate responsibilities."
