"Everbrook has really turned a corner in the past couple month. Teacher are sharing more, and my children are fond of their teachers."
"Our journey with Everbook began when Ms. Nikki was principal, and it is night and day. We loved the school, she overcommunicated, was respectful and quite frankly just an overall great person! Following her departure things started to go south and have continued trending down ever since. The fact that so many teachers are leaving or that issues happen and parents are not informed is crazy to me. Our child started going again for summer camp, in their communications it is stated that his teacher is Ms. Emily, then a few days later we get a message that the classrooms will remain combined but no mention of who his teacher is. I haven't seem Ms. Emily since the first day so I assume it is Ms. Isabel, who is AMAZING. But again, no communication. We just received noticed that Ms. Isabel is departing so I think this will be our last summer at Everbrook, the teacher turnover has made us very uneasy. That being said- please invest in your teachers! You get what you pay for which is why we invested in Everbrook."
"Overall no complaints. Price is outrageous for what you're getting however. Summer camp Everbrook is over 1k in cost higher than other camps in the area. The food is a C grade at best."
"We loved the school when we enrolled in 2020 but we have seen (and felt) a shift since the new principal came onboard."
"We have been impressed with Everbrook Academy ever since the first day we walked in to tour the daycare. The activities and services have been great for our children's learning and growth. The teachers have been kind and communicative and the principal, Dawn Sheehan has been very responsive whenever we have any questions. Live-streaming of the classrooms has given me peace of mind knowing that I can view my child most of the day and the regular updates from the teachers keeps us up to date on my children’s progress, lesson plans, potty training, and activities. The calendars and news letters are great recaps of special events that occurred and that are scheduled to come up soon and the photos and video clips shared by teachers on the SproutAbout app of my children actively learning, socializing, and playing have been such a joy to see each day."
"Everone is friendly and knowledgeable."
"We love everbrook. We’ve slowly built a great bond with our child’s teachers. We love how the administration and teachers all know our child’s name. Special thanks to Ms. Anita and Ms. Anthonia who have helped us ease every concern and always be there for our child"
"Management level staff are friendly and engaging. Facilities are generally tidy. Classroom teachers could be more engaged with parents."
"For the last month or so, the general atmosphere of the school has created the impression that closure due to low enrollment might be imminent. This has caused us to begin to look for alternatives. The facility is lovely, and the staff is wonderful. It would be such a shame for the school to close. It does seem, however, that an announcement to this effect might be forthcoming."
"The biggest compliment I could give the school is that I have no qualms about dropping my children off with them and knowing they will be safe, have fun and learn/socialize. They have an absolute blast at school and love going and hate to be picked up. As a parent, there is nothing more significant than knowing they love the school, staff, and the friends they have made. Our first child started in the Toddlers room around 18 months and has been going 5 days a week since and is now in Early Pre-School. We didn't hesitate for a second when it came time to send our second child!"
"Aside from a few concerns in the infant room, we’ve had an amazing experience. The staff is warm and welcoming and my daughter loves attending!"
"We are newer to the area, at the time we enrolled at Everbrook, we didn’t know many people. It was very important for us to find high quality childcare for our daughter. That was 2 years ago, and we couldn’t be happier with Everbrook. My 3 year old is thriving, her social skills are amazing, she is happy to share and cares for her peers. She loves to learn, and has been taught things I wouldn’t ever think to teach her this young (I.e giraffes live in Africa). My daughter has a dairy allergy, Everbrook accommodates her dairy restriction, and provides substitutions for her. I have taken several concerns to the principal and she has helped me understand the situation after investigating it further, we worked together to reach a solution. I never thought my kid would be the one to bite her classmates, but unfortunately she was. The staff worked with us to get to the root of the issue, and correct it. I believe she would have been asked to leave any other school. We are very thankful to have found Everbrook."
"I really love what this school has to offer. The STEM/STEAM idea is really great (I’m a teacher myself). I love The Brook and the playground. I also love the classrooms. However, after Nikki left, things did change. There was less support for the teachers by the front desk staff. I also think that there should be a little bit of wiggle room with ratios. I understand the state determines this number, but with the amount that we’re paying, there should be another teacher in there to support a classroom."
"Great school with a fantastic director."
"Excellent, we are very happy with everbrook."
