We told them we only wanted 2 days a week, but they encouraged us to pay the deposit for 5 days a week (significantly more expensive)so in case we wanted full time, we would have our option. Fast forward, a spot opens, we wanted to take it at 2 days. The woman on the phone tells me the only spot open is for 5 days a week and that’s my only option. So I paid several hundred dollars to hold a spot I can’t take unless I take the full time spot which isn’t what’s best for my child. "
