"Mostly good, communication from previous Director wasn't the best, we'll see if that changes with new Director. The price increases are out of control though. It's obvious that inflation isn't the real reason behind these increases, but due to staffing. All I want as a parent is honest transparent communication, but it's also hard not to question the type of working environment being created by the Director in charge."

"Teachers are absolutely wonderful and loving. Management seems to overwork staff, moving teacher all around classroom now making it confusing who my childrens teacher are. Principal is slightly disrespectful for being in this field and seems to have no compassion. Price increases frequently and most of the time not notified. "

"My general experience has been okay. Had problems with teachers behavior and caught them on camera and addressed but nothing has solved. There’s no educational program that they follow for their age other than art projects."

"I have noticed on camera how children walk around with soppy cups that do not belong to them and teachers are not cleaning those up. After lunch time they immediately place cots down over the food in the floor. Many times, they lay my child down with a diaper that hasn’t been changed and they just left the child sleep that way. :/ Tackles is don’t get properly clean and I see the toys or items rarely get disinfected. Too many different faces my child sees in a week. When viewing through the cameras it seems like the children are always just roaming the room without really any structure and seems very overwhelming and over stimulating to see the children all over the place all day long.
