"We are very new but overall it was a pretty smooth transition. Staff in infant room is ever changing so hopefully we get the lead teacher back soon and some longer term staff to help aid children and parent comfort with seeing same faces each day. I feel good about him going and feel like he is learning and socializing in ways he wouldn’t get at home."
"Teachers leaving is a problem. In the past year our child has had 5 teachers. It seems that every 3 months a different teacher departs which leaves the school understaffed. This leaves the child not knowing which classroom they will be in and who will be watching them at any given time. This is concerning and a thought as to looking elsewhere."
"We love Everbrook, but the high turnover has been challenging. In addition, there is no introduction to new teachers. Also, if there could be more curriculum or structured activities related to weekly or monthly themes, the kids would greatly benefit from the educational experience. When incidents do happen, usually communication is immediate, but there have been times when my kids come home with significant marks or scratches on their faces and bodies, which is a huge concern, because it means accidents were not seen. Overall, however, we are very satisfied with Everbrook and love the live feed video access. It makes us feel more reassured that our kids are well and safe while we are at work. It truly is an invaluable feature!"
"Terrible. I wouldn't recommend the school to other people. To be honest, this school is getting a really bad reputation around here, I constantly hear more about parents who are pulling their kids out of there because of the same reasons (mainly the low quality teachers/ staff and director)."
"I love the location, I love the facility, I love that meals and diapers are provided, I love the livestream feature. I'm concerned about the staffing issue and the frequent turnover. Two-year-olds crave consistency and routine, and not having a consistent teacher could hinder their progress. I'm also concerned about the general comments I get about meals - things that he eats in school don't match up to the things he's eating (or not eating) at home. I also wish there were more frequent updates about his daily activities, more pictures posted, etc. Overall, I am enjoying our experience with the school!"

"The staff has been great. Very welcoming and kind. The preschool teacher Ms. Kyndrea is absolutely phenomenal she really does connect with my child in a way i find to be very trusting and kind. Honestly i feel like i can leave my child in school without any worry of safety or my child not being heard. The teachers are present and kind to the kids and make sure the learning experience is fun and memorable!"

"Overall experience is satisfactory. Front office staff are helpful and caring. With covid it’s hard to say how the teachers are because we don’t interact in person at all unless we have a parent teacher conference or when we ask for an intro meeting, and video is difficult to clearly see what’s going on. It feels like the teachers are caring but are shorthanded with the child to teacher ratios which makes it hard for them to interact with the kids as much as i would like to see. Facilities seem very clean and in good condition from what i can tell. Staff works hard and it’s appreciated."
