"We are grateful every day that we chose Everbrook for our son and daughter. They are supported, encouraged, and cared for by an incredible staff of dedicated people."
"Our experience at Everbrook has been great. I have been very happy with teachers and curriculum, and they have well prepared my kindergartner for school."
"We love Everbrook! The director is amazing. She truly cares about the children, your concerns, and makes the environment comfortable and fun for all! Most of the staff is super friendly and genuine. The curriculum is great and has helped my child develop well. I feel my child is safe there. Love the sprout about app for a communication tool."
"Sergio is always excited to get up and go to Everbrook. He has started holding a pencil and writing his name, coloring and drawing pictures. He did not have an interest in these things before attending Everbrook."
"Overall it’s great the price is just getting higher and hard to afford"
"I love the atmosphere! It’s bright, clean and smells nice. The halls are adorned with the children’s art and work as week as interesting information. I have rarely overheard an outburst from a child which is rare in a preschool. The staff dies a phenomenal job at maintaining a high performing campus."
"Very positive. He has fun and enjoys his friends and teachers."
"I couldn't be happier with the school. The price is steep, but competitive with other comparable schools in the area. The level of care the staff has is the biggest standout to me. Everyone knew my child's name in very short time and we are greeted like family each day during drop off and pick up.The only downside I would say is the wait list. It'll be hard to get our potential second child in at the time we need to due to the length of wait. I'm not sure if there is preference for siblings, but if not that would be really helpful."
"Love the curriculum and the teachers and staff"
"I love Everbrook in Fort mill our child has grown and learned so much and the staff are amazing."
"My daughter wasn't enrolled here - I showed up at this location for a tour (the wrong location) and was turned away in the most hostile and disgusting manner by the 2nd in command, Natasha. My daughter's nanny was so uncomfortable that this lady demanded our IDs after refusing a tour and make numerous derogatory comments. Of course I reached out to the principal (who was not on site) multiple times via calls and emails. After speaking with her, she wanted to know what she could do to make the situation better and will take Natasha back to "coaching". I asked for a simple apology for Natasha cursing in front of my daughter and employee, which I have YET to receive. I also asked where I could voice my concerns and because she was the principal I guess it was a dead end because she will not provide me with the information to the corporation that owns Everbrook Academy. I must say that I went to interview with the other 2 locations (Ballantyne and Waxhaw) and those principals are LOVELY! They both welcomed my daughter with open arms seemed to really be invested in her future. I plan to follow up with corporate about their staff at Gold Hill because it was incredibly rude and unsettling. I would NOT let my child attend school in such an unsafe environment."
"There could be more regular updates provided on the sprout about app. At times, a meal is missing or nap end time is missing. Just being consistent with provoding adequate updates via sprout about."
"We have had a wonderful experience at Everbrook- I am so happy we made the switch. I only wish we had done it sooner! All of the the teachers and staff we have encountered have been amazing. My kids are learning so much and they love going to school. I really couldn’t ask for a better school."
