"The staff and teachers are incredible from top to bottom. They always manage to keep things running smoothly. We have had two amazing teachers (Ms. Fran and Ms. Haley) and they have both been fantastic. They are kind, caring attentive and have honestly cultivated a love of school in my son which was one of our primary goals for preschool. They take the time to communicate with me about my son’s day at pickup and are clearly invested in what they do. There is no “phoning it in” here. My husband and I are constantly amazed at all of the moving parts that everyone manages to keep together (Carol, Maria and the whole crew) so that the kids don’t notice what’s happening “behind the scenes.” There has been consistent, quality care since we started at Everbrook last summer."

We’ve been through three principles in the short time the school has been open and the current one does not seem experienced or trained enough for her role. The teachers are excellent and loving however they seem overworked and under appreciated which may be the cause of so many quitting lately.A lot of the perks and protocols I was sold during the sales pitch are not being followed. The weekly food menu isn’t consisfollowed as scheduled."

"Extremely happy. The only minor thing I can comment on is wavering communication. Some days it is amazing and other days I feel I have to ask a lot of questions. For example, I have to ask to figure out what happened to cause my son to be in different clothing - and sometimes I will not get an answer. Of note, when we were first starting out (before I had access to the app) I had a VERY difficult time getting in touch with anyone at the school. This went on for weeks. Even after I went to the school in person the communication was just not there... Now that we are attending and have access to the app it has been fine."

"I have mostly amazing things to say about our kids school! They love going, seem happy at drop off and pickup, and are thriving socially and academically. My only complaint is I never really know what teacher is going to be in the classroom. I understand staffing issues and the difficulty of covid with everything right now but esp in preschool there seems to be a lack of consistency from day to day and even overall the teacher changed often. We often don’t get to spend much time with the teachers and they are masked (which is obviously fine) so it feels disconnected at times despite the app updates. What would help I feel is semi regular parent teacher conferences to discuss individual progress/stories and more parent socials like the book fair (I understand COVID makes this hard). It just feels like we never really know who is going to be with our kids when we pick them up or drop them off for the most part. All teachers are great so it’s been ok but that would be my complaint. Otherwise we are very happy!"
