"Overall, we have had a great experience with Everbrook. Both of my kids love going to school and I can tell that they are learning a lot. However, the teacher turn over has been a little concerning. It seems like when we got a new director, many of our favorite teachers left and there have been a few times where we have been asked to keep our kids home because there were not any teachers in the room. That does not work well when both of us parents work full time jobs. I understand there will always be some turn over but the rate at which teachers have left is a little alarming. Some of the staff at the front can be pretty unwelcoming at times and I don't feel like the new director makes much effort in getting to know my kids. With all of that though, I am going to keep sending my kids to Everbrook because I think it's a great school."
"No consistency, very high turnover in staff! Expensive as my tuition changed at least 3 times since starting."
"Honestly being a new school it had had it's ups and downs asking with extreme turn over. I still don't feel like it had a solid management and the staff just doesn't care enough more than a job. I honestly don't think my child is getting much from this school."
"Initial school director was never present. Issues remained unaddressed, or if addressed, were not handled in the appropriate way and teachers became upset. Lots of teacher turnover (for various reasons). Front desk person not very warm/welcoming. This could be a fantastic school, both with the facility and the STEAM curriculum. I am hopeful that the leadership from corporate down provides more accountability and support for the teachers and school leaders."
"I barely feel like I know any of the teachers at the school anymore. We have no education manager anymore. Bring Sam back!"
"We have been pleased with Everbrook when we have had good teachers in the classroom. Our child has been in 4 different classrooms now (Infant, both Toddlers and Twos) and we have had a good experience in all but one of those classrooms. One of the toddler classrooms had teachers that were not engaged, irritable and should not have been working with young kids, as they lacked the needed compassion and patience. The previous leadership seemed to be hiring anyone to fill space when there were hiring difficulties instead of quality teachers. Thankfully we are in an excellent classroom now with new leadership and hope that future classrooms continue to provide quality care and engagement. Everbrook has a great curriculum in a clean and safe environment, in a convenient location with a lot of communication with staff and teachers. However, this means nothing without good teachers. Keeping my fingers crossed!"
"My overall experience was great up until the last 6 months when our principal left as well as numerous other teachers. We felt we did not know anyone in the school, didn't know who to contact if there was an issue. There's no introduction about new teachers, and as some of them came in they were not welcoming at all. I would take one child in particular into her class and the teacher never looked up or spoke a word and this happened on numerous occasions. Does not give me a lot of confidence in leaving my child with someone like that all day. I understand tunrover in staff is out of the schools control but the way they communicate and handle it with paretns and students is."
"When this school first opened, it was amazing. Far better than our experience at previous center. In the past 6-8 months it has declined incredibly, while prices continue to increase."
"We love the school, but out greatest concern is the loss of good teachers. We have experienced two tuition increases and neither have directly benefited the teachers. We understand the attitrion rate in early childhood but, it is concerning when good teachers are constantly citing pay as their reason for leaving and families are paying at least $300 a week for their child to attend."
"Great teachers. Great food. Nutritious food. Great curriculum"
"Initially we are very happy with the school. Great teachers great communication. But as the school started to be filled up the previous principal did not take into account birthdays to allow children to move up in a timely manner. Every time our child has been moved up we've had a price increase within 3 to 4 weeks. I feel for the administration now because they are dealing with major problems the previous principle has put them in."
"We have had positive experiences with all my child's teachers"
"It was great at first, but went downhill and has never recovered. They cannot keep staff and now the children are suffering. Lessons and curriculum are not being followed due to inconsistent staff and children are acting out due to not having a set classroom leader."
"We have LOVED Everbrook academy. Truly felt like family. I adore the teachers and staff however, the management had proven unreliable."
"We love the atmosphere and the teachers have been great but the last 6 months have been very difficult. Communication from management has been nonexistent and the teacher turnover is very concerning."
