"When the school had smaller caretake and child ratio the nurture, love , and effort was given to children. When the classroom sized increased and fewer teachers, the effort has decreased. Also when you have a balance of a mature teacher with a younger teacher in a classroom the levelOf expertise and knowledge is better rather than all young teachers who has little to no experience, barely any patience and maturity which impacts the child care and success."
