I thought they would check books for things like that before they sent them out. Now I'm really behind in my homework in my class and have to borrow other student's books to get that information. "I was not satisfied with the customer service, Per the website my book would be delivered within 2-4 days, after the 5th day I had to do followup only to find out a day later my book hasn't arrived from the warehouse etc !!! I should have been notified in advance. My class started and I had no book to use. This type of customer service is unacceptable. I will attempt to use this company again but not anytime soon. I was refunded promptly thank you."
