"although u did get most of my books, I always tend to get one or more books canceled due to a 3rd party not having it. I also get late notices as well. The books always take longer than what's noted. "

Sent entirely wrong product and didn’t have the product I ordered

"I ordered a clicker for my geography class and was sent a biology book and no clicker. After emailing back and forth with the seller, she tried to tell me that my order was for the biology book with the receipts I have said nothing about a book. I then asked if I could just have the clicker instead of doing an exchange and was told that the item was unavailable. I’m sure that the products you order will be in good condition but I can’t understand how you mix up a turning technology clicker with a biology textbook."

Worst customer Srv.

"I paid for expedited shipping and it didn’t arrive on time. I called CS for a refund and they gave me a run around. I asked for supervisor and got an idiot on the phone who clearly was not a supervisor. I asked for a higher up manager. I was told they would call me in 24-48 hours a week later and I’m still waiting for the call. "
