"This seller is by far the WORST. They sent us the incorrect part and would do NOTHING to remedy it except order a replacement. Then they left the 300 pounds of the incorrect item at our house for over 10 days while they sent freight companies with NO PALLETS to remove the items. Finally, a freight company showed up again yesterday with no pallet and my father who was here had to help load the item into the truck just to get it out of our garage. THEN this seller tried to charge us for the freight service and refuse to contact the freight service to remedy it. DO NOT USE THIS SELLER. If you do you will have weeks of headaches and emails because this seller also refuses to talk over the phone."

"Do NOT use eCutomHitch.com!! We ordered a Camper Anchor kit through Amazon and eCustomHitch sent one piece of the kit. We called immediately and asked to get the missing items and then all of the sudden they couldn't even find the part number they sold in their inventory. The part number on their Packing Slip is apparently useless. There was zero resolution to the matter, after repeatedly telling me it wasn't their fault and I needed to contact the distributor. After quite awhile on hold, they required me to contact the manufacturer via email and send pictures explaining the problem. I sent the email as requested and I have not heard back from them, now four days later. I then called Virginia who told me they had shipped the missing items but didn't have the tracking information. My husband called to get the tracking information on the items Virginia had told me already shipped and they are now saying their policy is to have us ship back the incorrect order back before they will help us (as they need collateral for the $4.00 bolt they sent us). Save yourself time and a headache and order through a reputable company. Hopefully, we can get our money back through Amazon."

bought this product on ebay after reading someplace how easy it installed. Had a certified mechanic install it, it took hours as it did not come close to lining up on our 2007 MDX. Had to widen out holes, bolts that came with it were chinese and was very hard to get in even with a driver. One bolt was not the same as the others. Pain in the butt, there video makes it look very easy. I see now possibly employees and friends were paid to post positive reviews. Beware of this company and videos. I am so sorry I went with them and bought there product. Your mileage may vary with hitches on other cars. Dont think about it fitting on a 2007 Acura MDX. My experience was with there hitches, there other products might be legit, I would not purchase another one of there products. Disclaimer: I was a certified welder by trade for many years, my mechanic has many certifications and knows his stuff. We are not a couple nimrods."
