"I was a bit skeptical about going to India. However, traveling with a group makes it 100% better. You really don’t have to worry about anything because everything is planned for you and you’re in safe hands. I truly got to immerse myself in their culture because we were invited to host family houses for dinners, we went to Indian street festivals, you still got to experience everything you’d want to do on your own. My group was great, and my travel guide, Jas was even better. The hotels were beautiful, and the customer service was top tier. I would absolutely do this trip again. "

"This was my first EF trip and nothing but amazing. Joana was amazing and wondering and precious. She was always considerate and communicated with everything and everyone. Food was delicious (except for one time). Be prepared because hills are everywhere but you’re legs will come back amazing. Lisbon definitely has a place in my heart and seeing it through a different perspective made it worth. 20/10! "

"This past May, myself and 8 other friends booked a trip to Europe through EF. We had a great travel consultant who was available to us almost always via text, call, or email if we had any questions. The day of departure, we found that our flights had been either booked incorrectly, or transferred incorrectly between airlines. After spending 5+ hours in the airport check in area, our only option was to fly to another country where we would have a 24hr layover, then fly to our original destination. This option had us missing almost the entire first stop/2 days of our trip. Not only were we told by EF that this was an “amazing option” and that “the first day doesn’t count” (we had paid for things on the first day that we would now miss), we were also told once we landed we were responsible for finding our own way to the hotel and to catch up with our group. Now that we’re back from the trip, I have been in contact with 1 senior travel consultant who told us that to receive any compensation for the 2 days we missed, we would have to fill out a travel insurance claim. I was told I would not need documentation from the airline of the change of flight since EF was aware and had an “investigation open.” That was not true. I filed a claim and was told I need proof. Since I filed the claim, I have essentially been ghosted by EF. They have not been of any assistance once we had issues with the trip. I would not recommend booking with them. "
"I have been trying to make the best of this trip, but honestly, I’m having a terrible time. This has been the most stressed I’ve ever been on a vacation.
I’m currently stuck in Iceland, no one from the EF team will not respond to me, I’m out a LOT of money, I’m FREEZING, and I’m severely uncomfortable.
I would HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND EF Ultimate Break for any of your travel needs. They do NOT take care of your problems— they just make the most money they can off of you and do not actually care about your comfort or concerns.
This trip has sent me on an incredibly LOW low, and I just want to go home, but that would be a substantial amount of money I can’t afford.
I have been bouncing around contacting EF, JetBlue, Icelandair, and British Airways. I still don’t have my luggage, and it is the LAST DAY of planned activities already.
I also found out from JetBlue that there was a refund issued for $834 for the original flight we didn’t make (that’s just one of them)— yet, *I had to pay $1100 to EF Ultimate Break to rebook on my new itinerary that made me miss my first day of touring, and I DID NOT see that $834.
I am beyond mad and tired and ready to be home safe. This is disgusting service."
"There were lots of activities, everyday we woke up around 7am to fill the day with things including seeing the Mayan ruins, cave tubing, ziplining, and snorkeling! Well worth the price and really fast paced trip."
