"The best thing you could spend your money on. I promise you. Changes your life. Signing up for my 3rd trip with them today."
"I traveled summer 2013 to Spain, France and Italy with EF and I would recommend it to everyone!!!
As a first time traveler, I really appreciated that everything is pretty much planned for you!
The hotels, transportation and you spend just enough time in each location to appreciate it and decide wether you want to visit again in the future on your own.
Our your guide was very helpful and nice. We had plenty of free time to explore on our own as well.
I traveled with two girlfriend, and had the time if out lives!!!
When I first came across EF I was a little skeptical we there it was a legit company and not some scam, but after lots of research and and conversing with a friend who actually traveled with them before I was convinced it was not a scam.
The best thing about it is you can pay in payments!! Which always helps out those of us who are paying for the trip ourselves.
Don't think twice! Go!! Explore, see the world, and EF is the best company to do it with!"
"Costa Rica adventure was the best trip I have ever gone on I ended up going back to Costa Rica the nxt year for an alternative spring break. My tour guide was Rhyan Eliot who was really nice and helpful. I love Costa Rica and would highly recommend it to anyone who loves nature, wildlife, and adventure. "
"I traveled to Costa Rica with EF and had a fabulous time. The tour director was fun and helpful and everyone got along. If you're looking at a trip with EF you've taken the first step to a great adventure!"
"I went on the European Road Trip tour in the summer of 2013. It was for 15 days. Our tour guide was great. His name was Apostolos. He was so nice and was very knowledgeable about every city we went too. Before you book your trip know that it is A LOT of traveling (riding on a bus/train etc). It is a very fast paced trip meaning that there is not a lot of sleeping and a lot of walking and moving from place to place. The longest place we stayed in was our first city (Amsterdam). We were there for 3 nights. Also if you plan your trip with a friend and write down you want to room with them, expect to be split up at some point. I went with two other friends and the rooms were usually for two or four people. Occasionally we were able to be all 3 in a room. Other times we got split up or had another traveler in our room with us. Some of the hotels we stayed at were not that great and far from the main city centers. The hotel in Paris was horrendous, in a bad area, and about a 15 minute train ride to the city center. But I guess that is what you pay for. Our trip included breakfast daily which was not bad. Overall I have to say it was definitely worth it, just don't expect 5 star treatment or you will be surely disappointed. Be ready to be on the move 24/7. It was a great experience, and our tour guide definitely made the trip even more worth while."
"The trip was great, we had a great time ,bus rides where long and I could have had a little more help I felt like I was just dropped off at the airport to fend for myself, the hotels where nice and we had a great time, just be ready to travel and room with many different personalities of people"
"Overall the experience with EF College break was average. The positives were being able to see the tourist attractions easily because of the group but some aspects of the trip such as hotels and transportation were an issue. The hostel in Amsterdam had no airconditioning while there was a heat wave in the city and on the bus drive from amsterdam to paris the bus' airconditioning also broke down. "
"EF College Break was an amazing experience, but it was not perfect. On the London, Paris, and Rome trip before the pub crawl we were promised that transportation was going to be provided, so alot of the girls got really cute (including myself) with high heels. What EF really meant was that they were giving you a map outlined of where the pubs were and a tour guide. That was the transportation provided. Our feet hurt so badly by the end of the night! I felt terribly misled and if I knew that was how the evening was gonna go I wouldn't have done it. In Rome, the hotel we stayed at was beautiful. It was close to the Vatican but far from the nightlife, and Rome barely has public transportation so expect your feet to hurt some more. The one suggestion I would give to EF CollegeBreak is that we do soooooooo much walking and it really takes a toll on the body so providing other ways to get around the city would be greatly appreciated."
"I have traveled with EF three times so far and am traveling for the fourth Tim in a few months! I have never experienced traveling with a company like EF before. Everything is so well
Organized. I've tried comparing prices of trips between EF and other companies, and EF is always the one I choose. Not only does it give you more for your money but it makes the traveling affordable and fun. I have made many friends over the years that I still keep in touch with. The guides are always so helpful and make the trip much more exciting! I recommend this company to everyone in college looking to
Travel. "
"Last summer I went on EF's grand tour of europe for 30 days, and it was the best 30 days of my life! I saw so many amazing sights, and bonded with my fellow travelers. I love that I didn't have to plan too much -- EF took us to see the main sights, and then gave us great suggestions for places or things to do during our free time. I would definitely recommended traveling with EF, and I hope to do many more trips with them! "
"I have used EF College Break. I'm an actual customer and not some paid idiot sitting behind a desk, trying to make up some review to get your attention. I went through EF for 2 reasons.
1: They have AMAZING trips
2: Airfare IS included in the price.
Also if you are a bit leery about shelling out that kind of cash, they have monthly payments that work just as well. I have told my friends about EF and they are AMAZED at what you get for the price you pay. It's well worth it.
I took a deep breath and signed up for the European Panorama trip. 25 days in Europe when I have NEVER left the U.S.A. before. But WOW! The sights and things that I saw and had the chance to experience was well worth it. History class doesn't do it justice. And now I'm using EF again and going to China for 12 days. If you have the chance to use EF do SO! Stop saying "tomorrow." And do it TODAY!"
"I absolutely loved EF College Break! I had a terrific experience throughout the whole process from booking to departure and even better through the actual trip! definitely recommend and plan to book with them again! "
"This was my first major trip outside of North America and EF made it well worth it! The best thing about traveling with EF was having our flights, trains, buses, etc. taken care of. The transportation really adds up if you try to do this on your own. I went on the Grand Tour of Europe so I was able to see tons of cultural things but we also had plenty of opportunity to go to bars, relax on beaches, and do other "fun" stuff. So it might seem pricey compared to planning the trip on your own but the extra cost for the convenience was beyond worth it! "
"EF College Break is a fantastic company. I had the time of my life on my tour of the 'Emrald Isle' last fall and met so many great friends along the way. I encourage anyone 18-26 to travel with them they are so helpful and affordable because of the payment plan option! If you are scared of traveling alone, don't be! I did and I wouldn't have changed it, I met more people that way and got out of my shell! Honestly, my trip with EF changed my life if it wasn't for them I wouldn't be moving to Ireland in the fall!"
"Absolutely amazing, can't think of anything bad to say about EF. Great tour guide, great hotels, great customer service."
"EFCB is deceiving with their "2 days and 1 night!" You arrive in the city at around noon, check in, possibly change/ freshen up, then go out and see the city. The next day, you leave after breakfast. My idea of 2 days is 48 hours. I was disappointed because it felt like were always rushing from city to city, with never enough time to see everything that I wanted to see. I met some great people, and our tour guide was awesome, but all in all, I wish they would be a little more honest upfront. Maybe they could not try to cram so many cities in?
Also, who picks the hotels?! Our hotel in London was a 15 minute walk to the nearest tube station (through a not so nice part of the city), then another 15+ ride into anywhere in the city that you would actually want to go. Our hotel in Florence was at least a 20 minute walk into the city. We visited a lot of beautiful places; its a shame we didn't get to experience them more by being able to roll out of bed and walk outside right into the heart of the cities we've all dreamed about."
