I called at 9/7/2010 (next Tuesday) to ask my order status, they said it was not ship yet and it will be shipped afternoon. He refused my request to free-upgrade the shipping method to overnight delivery!

I COULD NOT WAIT ANY LONGER! I just canceled the order and bought the same item from a local computer shop! Don't buy any item from this company if you are hurry! Their price might be the best on the internet, but they don't have enough stocks! Remember time is money too, they just waste your time!

Go to some other place to shop such as "Bottom Line Telecommunications"! They have warehouses on different states! Once you placed your order, they will ship your order from the closest warehouse. I lived in California, I did receive my order next day by FedEx Ground. They only collect sales tax for Connecticut state and No tax for any other states! If your order more than US$10.00, they also pay FedEx ground shipping in the contiguous 48 United States! No wait, no tax and free shipping what are you waiting for?
