"I bought a dining set „tulip“ style – table and 4 chairs. Emfurn sent me wrong furniture. After mistakes and delays, I received the right furniture in the US. Danny, a kind sales rep, acted cooperatively. I moved to Europe, and began using the furniture in 2016. Soon, one chair became stuck and another became loose, but they remained usable. Two seat covers became torn in 2020 despite rare, gentle use. I telephoned and emailed Emfurn from Europe, asking to buy replacement covers, which Emfurn would simply ship inside the US. Frances acted curtly. I reasoned with him that Emfurn should sell expendable parts because customers cannot replace the whole furniture set because of flimsy fabric. He stubbornly refused my pleas. I asked him to refer me to a manager: he said he was the manager. I asked him to refer me to owner; he said he was the owner. I asked for his full name; he refused to identify yourself. Instead of cooperating, he blocked my emails. Man who hides his name surely hides something else as well. BEWARE OF EMFURN!
