"I ordered a Canon Rebel T1i camera from EmicroX on April 28. I got an email saying they received my order and were processing it. On May 1 I went to check on my order and discovered their website was "down for maintenance." The site says they will be back in 15 minutes to an hour. The site has been saying that for two days now. I also called their telephone number ***-***-**** and it has been disconnected. They have not charged my credit card as of yet but I would like my camera or at least the assurance my credit card won't be charged.
If any one from EmicroX is reading this please contact me to resolve this issue and I will update this review. "

"I ordered a camcorder on 4/26 and received a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the shipping but when I clicked in, it shows "this order is not existed". I emailed them to ask why (notice no phone number available?), and go an email says exactly like this " hi here is your ups tracking number" without any number listed. I emailed again and got no answer since then. I am worried too as they have my credit card infomation and already took my money."

Although they have since closed there Indianapolis store they were still in operation in Ohio. I always get quality parts and 5 star service!"
"Placed an order online with their store for a copy of Windows XP Home Edition. i placed the order in the moring and looked in the afternoon to see if it was processed. It wasn't. I called and asked if it was because I was using a new credit card? The man who answered the phone told me I should order elsewhere. I thought that was strange so I took a closer look at their local supplies. All of the totals showing what they had in local sstock (Indianapolis, IN) were all changed to zero's. I assumed this meant they were going out of business. I also assumed that i would not get Win XP from them. Six days later, after my customer no longer needed Win XP) it showed up UPS Ground from a company in toledo, OH. I have tried calling Emicrox in Indy and now their message says they are closed-dduring the day. I am unable to send this unopened Win XP box back and am unable to receive my money back. I tried contacting the company it was shipped froim and they say they were acting on orders from Emicrox and I nbeed to get with them to get an RMA number to send it back. Emicrox is OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!"
