"The service of EMTC is really good. I bought a remote control but it didn't function well, I tried to fix it but it wouldn't help. So I sent a mail to EMTC and told my problem. They replied within 24 hours and gave me the option if I would like to get my money back or a new remote control. I chose for a new one and they sent me a mail that the new one was on the way to me with a track&trace number. After a few days I received the new remote (Europe) and this time it worked properly.
