"Nice website. Fast shipping. Good response by e-mail. However, the battery listed as compatible with my Samsung Sch-u350 did not take a charge. Their 30-day refund, no questions asked, worked out except I had to pay for the shipping back. So, I'm out $3 on this experiment. I asked for a replacement instead of a refund, but the owner simply said send it back for the refund. The RMA process does not pay for return shipping. This is why I rated shipping service and return service one star."

I have used their website "message" system three times now, with no response. The 30 day warranty period is almost over. My guess I will be contacted on day 31.
