"I have received the package(tracking number 9400110200882289405300) w/ a battery. Unfortunately, the battery I received doesn't work w/ the phone. It is not that exactly I ordered. The item I ordered is Uniden BT-800 Cordless Battery. However, the battery I received is not BT-800. The BT-800 is 800 mAh, but the item is 700 mAh. No model number is shown on the battery. In addition, there is no packing list in the pack.
Please send me with a right item for replacement.
