"Company response and shipping good, HOWEVER THEY SENT THE WRONG ITEM. They substituted a lower priced unit (1/2 of what I paid, according to EMTC's listing) which does not meet the requirements. Contacting customer support is impossible, they only respond to E-mail and it is an automated response to ship the item back, got the e-mail to prove it. I ordered a 150W AC adapter, unit specific and was sent a 90W multi-adapter. I would be happy to keep the unit sent, pay the additional difference and get the item I ordered, but as no contact with customer support is possible I will go elsewhere"
