"I bought a battery from this company six years ago and it worked fine until recently when it quit charging. So went back to this same company to get a new battery to replace my old one. The new one doesn't work at all. I've tried to contact the company by phone but just get a generic mailbox number message and no return call. I've tried emailing the company three times through their online form, which says they will respond within 24 hours. But still no response. I want to return the battery for a working replacement but I'm not sure if I will even get anything back since I can't even get a response from customer service!"
"I placed an order but did not see a confirmation. So I call the customer service phone number only to get a voice mail. No live people!!"
"Phone battery delivered FAST! Did not work for me so notified customer service. Fast Refund. Feeling very trustworthy company!"
"1. Shipment was very prompt.
2. But: I was sent a different battery from what I had ordered which doesn't even fit.
3. I was going to order a different item from you but now have second thoughts."
"The batteries sent that were NOT the UltraLast UL992 that was advertised and I ordered. Mr Paul Godwin from EMTC does not seem to be interested in correcting the problem and at the moment seems to be nothing but a con artist. I hope Mr Godwin corrects his mistake so I can remove this post which indicates it would be a mistake do do any business with EMTC."
"it didn't work with my tv they said would it didn't that was that"
"I've purchased three LGIP-330H batteries from EMTC and none of them work correctly. ONE takes half a charge and it depletes within a day of very limited texting. The other two will say they're charged 100% and go to ZERO within an hour of being placed in the phone. The one tat takes half a charge required TWELVE full charge cycles to get it to take and hold just half its capacity. I decided to try again, thinking I got one bum battery, but no, both of the two "new" ones I just got are worse than the first one. These look used too and they are advertised as "new." It's not worth my time/trouble to return them and I don't have the time. I'd be OK with a complete refund and I'd toss them in the recycle bin next time that opportunity comes around."

"Received my sticker rather quickly but...it was the wrong one. :(
I contacted the company and they quickly sent out the correct replacement. :)"
" This remote does not work with my television "
"Hello.
I Have The Viore PDP4210EA TV.
Your Website Says
"This replacement remote works with the Viore PDP4210EA and will replace your lost remote or provide you with an extra remote."
So I Bought Your Replacement Remote Control
Unfortunately
It Does NOT Work.
So I Would Like to Return My Order.
Please Give Me Return Shipping Label Instructions.
Please Return My Money."
"I bought several (5 in one order)batteries for Panasonic home phones
None would hold charge for even a single day, originals went for several days even with very heavy use.
Found another source, batteries new in mfr package, those are still working all these years later
Watch out, there may be no customer service, there wasn’t at the time I dealt with him
Purchase date is appropriate as it was many years ago, I based it on the date I ordered from the good place "
"Unfortunately, one of the two phone batteries I received did not work. I am contacting EMTC to ask for a replacement battery."
"Ordered a replacement Dish remote that arrived in good working condition However it did not come with a cover for the battery compartment?? "
"I bought a specific remote control for my tv from EMTC and received a DirectTV universal remote that didn't even work. Trying to contact their customer service is pointless, the phone number doesn't work, which frankly is pretty shady, and over email I think they have a bot answering because no matter what you write they just repeat themselves in answer. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE and wish I'd never dealt with them in the first place. You've been warned."
