"I'm very pleased the remote came pre-programmed! However, I am annoyed that the manual /guide isn't included. I need to set up my DVD player and DISH satellite guide to this remote, hence, why I purchased the original remote to my Symphonic TV. I already have a remote from DISH that turns the TV on and off and volume controls. You can buy a cheap universal remote with a manual and I spent $20 for a remote that doesn't even say Symphonic on it nor came with a set up manual! Please mail one asap! Thank you."

"Fine, no-hassle service. My only complaint (and it's more of a suggestion, really) is that the replacement battery does not show the model number on the case. What this means is that when I reorder, I'll have to go through my notes, instead of simply looking at the battery pack, to find the model that I need."

"I chose EMTC because I needed to get a new battery for my LG cell phone quickly. On their website, they advertise that orders within California arrive within 1 or 2 days. I live in California, so I went for it. In fact, I ordered the battery on a Tuesday night (12/20/11...just a few days before Christmas). I was delighted to get an email early Wednesday morning that the battery had already shipped by 8:45 a.m.! Not only shipped, but shipped first class! Of course, since Postal Service delays are the norm for this pre-Christmas period, that added a day or two to what would normally have been a Thursday or Friday delivery (obviously not EMTC's fault). I've waited several days before writing this review in order to make sure that the battery functions as expected. I followed the suggestion on its sticker to let it charge for 12 hours before its initial use and it has been perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to use EMTC in the future."

"I am not a merchant, just a regular consumer. I am writing in regard to a company EMTC which aells cell phone accessories (and maybe some other things). I needed a cell battery for my LG. I called two local stores, both had aftermarket batteries in stock/close by. One store was charging $20 and the other $32. I checked some online sites and the cheapest I could find was $14 plus shipping for an aftermarket unit. I read some reviews about EMTC, they were 50/50 good/bad. I gambled and ordered their battery, original LG, for $9.95 free shipping, 30 day return, 1 yr warranty. I ordered it late on Dec 22 (busy time of the year), I tracked it. It was processed Dec 23d, and arrived Dec 27th (with Xmas weekend in between) factory sealed in plastic. However I was worried because it was dead ! But I charged it for 3 hours to a full charge and it works GREAT ! So I would recommend EMTC. The photo of the battery I ordered was EXACTLY the one I got and all serial/model numbers were EXACT too."
