"I ordered two Ray164 NiMN 3.6 volt batteries from EMTC. They sent me two Ray164 NiMN 3.6 volt batteries but they were 6000mAh instead of 700mAh rated and they would not hold a charge for more than 5-10 minutes. Both batteries appear to be defective, even though they were charged overnight(10-12 hours). I have sent three e-mails to EMTC requesting their advice on how to resolve the problem and have satisfied their request for additional information, further providing phone number, address, both of my e-mail addresses, type of mobile phone I was using (Motorola). After the first e-mail requesting more information on the sale, I responded immediately, but had to wait several days before I got an e-mail saying they had a 30 day return policy for a refund. Their was no phone call, no offer to send a replacement with exchange. I just want batteries that work, but this company refuses to make a simple phone call, refuses to clarify the differences between the 600mAh they sent and the 700mAh rating I need, discuss any memory loss possible effects or a willingness to simply exchange these batteries for a replacement that works in a reasonable time period. I would simply not recommend this web based company EMTC to anyone. Be advised!"

"Very positive experience from this vendor. I ordered cell phone battery (OEM) and a charger for my LG Chocolate phone.I received battery in about 4 days in new condition. They did not send the charger since they went out of stock and promptly refunded the difference to me.
While using the battery, I found out that my phone had a problem and old battery was not a problem. Hence I had to return the battery and they refunded the amount for that within a couple of weeks.

I would definitely buy many more stuff in future from this vendor."

"An e-mail saying my order was shipped on the order date was sent to me. However, it took 5 days for a local delivery! In addition, the batteries were placed in a padded mailer, but they were not wrapped nor do they have any markings on them. I hope they are the right batteries. Finally, there was no invoice or any paperwork sent with the batteries. The only positive is the price."
