"I read this blog the evening after I ordered phone batteries. Was a little worried. No need. They came yesterday. The right batteries. I can now say, the charged up just great and work fine. Remember, any company can make mistakes and may need improvement in customer service. I'm sure they do thousands of orders every day with no problem. The ones you hear about, like on this blog, are the few that did have problems."

"Placed order for a Palm Pre Plus battery. Their webpage advertised it as a NEW OEM battery. Price was great so I ordered it because I trust Paypal. When the battery arrived and I opened the package, it was obvious that it was not a new battery. Worn contacts and even the serial number was worn out. I contacted them via email demanding that I get a new battery as the webpage stated and all they said in response is that if I can't use the battery I could send it back. Absolute crap of an answer!!!!!!! Do not do business with these crooks!! Will be sending it back and purchasing from a reputable merchant. "
