"I placed an order at EMTC and they got the shipping address wrong. I addressed this before the actual order was processed and asked for this to be corrected and no acknowledgement of my request. When I received the notice the package will be shipped that day, I actually sent another email and even called and left a message asking for this to be corrected as this is a gift for my Mom. Still no notice. Never received item at all and no acknowledgement of anything. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR."

"I was extremely excited to find a pair of headphones I'd been searching for for a while. EMTC had them at a great price, so I didn't hesitate in ordering them. PayPal process went through and my headphones were on their way...or not.

Somehow they screwed up and listed the headphones as "available" when in fact they were out of stock. I was issued a refund later in the day coupled with a short "sorry for the inconvenience"-style message. Should their inventory system not be directly linked to their website to avoid these situations? I have a feeling I'm neither the first nor the last who will be let down due to an inventory error.

"Ordered 3 replacement batteries for my AT&T cordless phones. Pricing was great, and they arrived very quickly in the mail. And these batteries have a higher mAh (800) than the original ones (400 mAh), giving me hours more of juice time. Will definitely order from this company again.

**UPDATE (7/24/11): One of the batteries is apparently defective as it will not hold a charge. I contacted the company via email on their website, and waiting for a reply. Will update again when it's resolved.
