"I unfortunately did not pass the test the first two times and after those results I didn't even know where to start on my studying. So I looked everywhere online for a study guide, almost all of them required a purchase, which is disappointing. However, since their study guide was 100% pass guarantee or money back I thought I'll give it a shot. I strictly stuck to the study guide I didn't even open my book once, then when I went to take my NREMT test I PASSED... I was so excited that I wanted to let people know that if they are in a similar situation there just might be the perfect solution."
"The site content itself and the customer service are 5 and 4 star respectively. On the negative side, I had a lot of trouble accessing the website, meaning no access after 2 days. Kept getting invalid username or password each time. Tried to get the password reset, but never got the reset email (tried many times). So that was a bit disappointing. I emailed them the same day I lost access and was told they responded the same day ( I never got any email) I asked about an email response and they said I wouldn't have gotten one, and needed to check my support request online. Well I still couldn't log on, and had never gotten any kind of case ID or anything like that so I can't see how I could have possibly have A, Known I had a response, and where to look for it, or B. been able to view it in any case. The 2 ladies I spoke to were very polite and pretty helpful. Despite apparently not being entitled to any kind of refund at all :(, they did give me $30 back out of $50 which is something. From what I saw of the nremt prep material it was pretty good, this would be a straight 5 star review If the site had worked for me. My issue seems atypical so others will prob not have any problems. That being said, if you encounter tech problems you're prob out of luck, I was pretty lucky to get any refund at all."
