"Order from them with extreme caution. Here's a summary of my roller coaster experience:
- Placed order on November 11th
- Credit Card charged on November 12th
- UPS tracking shows order was canceled from EOS
- EOS does not inform me, until I called them on November 15th for status.
- EOS provides me the incorrect tracking info (someone else's order)
- I ask EOS what's going on, they send out my shipment on the 16th (5 days later)
- I recieve my package within hours against a completely different UPS tracking number!
While all this is happening, the confirmation email provides a order status link, which is completely useless, as it doesn't update at all.
I had to call them, which is pretty much the only positive experience. Virtually no hold times, straight to a live person.
Horrible buying experience. too bad, these are very nice watches. If you really love their watches, I suggest you buy them at a local retail store, or other e-tailer."
