Certificate not delivered - surveyor not interested

"I was assured I would have the certificate within 24 hours. But it's over 2 days since the surveyor attended and still no certificate. I called the surveyor but he is not interested "you ordered through EPC online so you need to take it up with them". They are now closed for 2 days. No invoice is provided so I cannot provide a Reference Number"

"In my shopping for a digital camera, I found EPC through Pricegrabbers.com. They had a good price so I checked Resellers.com finding their reference very good so I made the call to order my camera. The gentleman on the order desk was the owner of the company who ran it with his son. He was extremely polite and had to call me back because he was alone at the time and had other calls in front of me. He called back promptly, I placed my order explaining I needed next day delivery before 2:30Pm. He said no problem and offerred to pay the additional $3.00 shipping to insure the the early UPS delivery. He asked me one time and one time only if I was interested in any accessories. I stated no and that was the end of that. I received no phone calls asking me to buy more items. I did receive a confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. The next morning I received the camera on time and have been enjoying it since.

I highly recommend this company for a hassle-free transaction.

"Orded a Canon A70 Deluxe package from these guys over the weekend, which had 24 hour availability. On the first business day (Tuesday), I checked the site and noticed that it had gone to 2 Weeks availability. I went on their live help to check to see if my order was going to go out, and they confirmed that it would be going out that evening. That evening, I got the UPS tracking number and it arrived on Thursday. I'd shop with these guys again."

"Based primarily on the positive reviews at this site, I placed an order cor an Olympus C-720, on May 24.
Waited 2 weeks, because they said they would ship on June 1. No response. I sent an e-mail requesting status - they DO answer e-mail promply and curteously, but they said wait another 2 weeks because they were back-ordered, and the vendor had not delivered.

I called another reseller (Norms Camera in Michigan), and they had it in stock, cheaper, ready to ship.

When I called EPC to either ship now, or cancel, they waffled, and put me through to "Herb" who was very curt when I asked him to cancel, he was even more curt, and would not confirm the cancellation.

Botton line - I would not buy from them based on my personal experience, but their website is easy to use, and they are responsive.
