They apparently won't make good on this transaction and have effectively stolen $50 from me. I would suggest not using this company. They are extremely unreliable. "

"This is a very good, honest, reasonably-priced, fast shipping merchant. I definately recommend it. I only have one minor complaint: I was never sent a shipping confirmation via email. However, a quick call to Customer Service solved this issue, as they gave me my UPS tracking number over the phone. So I can say I have "some" experience with their customer support.

I hadn't expected the bonus software that was included since it was a "bare" OEM drive, but was very happy they included it. Plus, they even threw in a nice T-shirt. "I purchased an iPod from Esbuy.com and the experience was less than pleasurable. I got a tracking number the day after I placed my order, however, they didn't actually ship the order until 5 days after. I ended up waiting almost 2 weeks for something that should have taken only a few days. Judging from the reviews on this resellerratings, it seems as though esbuy would be a good merchant. "Ordered online..went well. Called Wednesday and asked the lady to double the order....I wanted 6 boxes of disks instead of 3...she said ok and changed it...same order number(important note)....I then asked her, if they had that many in stock. She said yes...I asked her for 2 day shipping if they would go out that day. She assured me they would.

I called thurseday(following day)..spoke to a guy and said that they would be released and shipped at noon that day..NOte..they did not ship wednesday as promised. This guy said the reason was because she had to cancel the order and make a new one wednesday...but as the important note above....I checked the online order for that number and it was the same order number and it had been modified to 6 boxes as requested. So I told the guy, to drop the shippng to reg ground which was SUPPOSED TO BE FREE since they screwed it up and I would not get it friday. He said ok.

Called today...friday...the order had shipped this morning, according to the guy because the product had not come in until this morning. I told him the girl on wed said it was in then. He said he would send me tracking number.

So...the moral of the story....LIES

lie 1-she said that it was in stock on wed and the guy on fri said it came in fri.

lie 2-she said it would ship that day, wed, and it did not ship till fri...supposedly.

lie 3-the guy on thursday said it would be released thurs at 12....uh....but it did not ship until fri..supposedly.

lie 4-downgraded to free shipping which was advertised, yet upon checking my order on line, there is a 15 dollar shipping charge...

These people have lied to me and put me off now for three days...they are dishonest...I WILL NOT SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN....t"

"Placed my order at midnight on a Tuesday and the product was shipped the next day. Since it was free shipping and it left on a Wednesday, I was happily surprised to see it arrive that Friday. They quickly emailed me the tracking info, plus they responded to a follow-up email straight away.

"Thanks to their excellent ratings here, I decided to try my luck with this company. I wanted a Pioneer DVR-104 DVD-R/RW drive, and was contemplating spending $30 more (at Newegg, but they had retail box DVR-A04).

Needless to say, I got everything the retail box comes with except the box itself. ESBuy included PowerDVD, MyDVD, and Veritas RecordNow as well as one blank DVD-R, and one blank DVD-RW (IDE and audio cable as well).

I ordered on Monday evening on the east coast, received a ship notice the next day, and had the drive in my hands on Thursday (I spent $15 extra for 2 day shipping).
