"We started our kids here in 2019 when it was still Prestige. We were pretty happy with it then but it quickly went downhill during and after COVID. They operate on short hours, and barely any teachers. There was little to no communication with parents and when concerns were brought to management, they clearly did not care. We ultimately switched schools out of safety concerns. "
"Jessica was a great manager and when she is not available and now has gone... it shows. We saw the improvements she was making prior to having her child, when she was out, things started to slip. Now she is fully removed and it's a joke of how unprofesional communication is."
"There is physical and mental abuse going on at this school. The teacher is still an employed at the school even with an ongoing investigation through Arapahoe county. Do NOT send your child here. My daughter was abused and NO ONE cared. "
"We feel the kids are well taken care of but a lot of issues with someone from operations being there to help with charges and financial discrepancies that **** me off. Can never get support or an answer to resolve"
"We were attending before everbrook purchased the school. There has been a lot of transition since then. I have to say it was sad seeing some of our favorite people leave but it was also really nice to see some corporate structure being set up."
"The communication when everbrook took over was horrible. Teachers were leaving at a fast rate."
"I have not had a great experience with this school. There has been a lack of communication since day 1. You would think that during Covid there would have been more communication but it was the opposite. My issue is more with the leadership than the teachers. For the most part my kids have enjoyed their class mates and teachers."
"A couple amazing teachers doing the best they can among poor leadership and other teachers. Feels like curriculum and performance is non-existent. The most we can hope for is some printed off pages to color. Feels like it's just a place to keep kids alive and develop socially, although I have fears we wouldn't know of a health/safety issue unless the teacher had my cell."
"it seams like there is always an issue with the facility. Staffing issues, going on 2 years with reduced hours. They turn away students to maintain ratios, meanwhile the directors children are allowed to attend. It was also requested that her husband call in sick to work to take care of her children, similar to what we have to do, and she noted it would not be fair to him as he works full time. This is the same thing that we are going through, trying to maintain work while watching the kids. I feel that at this point the school should be back to normal operating hours, taking my kids to daycare should not be more than a financial burden on me."
"It’s been a good experience so far. I would like to start potty training my daughter but due to lack of ability to move up classrooms I can’t start and be consiste"
"Not the greatest but it’s the only convient location for us. There has been a lot of staff change over and directors changing and not a lot of communication."
