"Here is a representative example: A day or two before the first day in the daycare, there is a (virtual) meeting of the parents with the teacher, so the transition of the kid into class will go more smoothly. I think it is very unprofessional if the teacher is not interested at all in the child and do not ask basic things about her, like what she likes/dislike, if there are things that can calm her when she is upset, if she communicate in someway or have specific signs that help understand her needs, etc. To answer parents' questions is important, but teachers need to show (and not only to show!) that they care for the specific child. Not showing interest in the child individuality, reflect a state of mind that kids are similar objects that just needed to be handled. This behavior reflects directly on the school, and the Everbrook network."
"We are new and have felt super welcomed and Leela just loves it!"
"I am so pleased with how much learning my kids experience at Everbrook Academy! They come home every day knowing so much (and they always want to stay at school longer)."
"Absolutely love Ms Julie and Mr Johnny. They are brilliant."
"We are so thankful to have landed such amazing teachers with Julie and Johnny. They are truly wonderful, caring people - who have worked really closely with our child to make sure he is supported socially, and educationally. Our child has flourished under their care, and that is something that we feel has directly benefited us at home."
"We couldn’t be happier at Everbrook!"
