I think that like every other business right now, they are struggling to have enough staff to be able to meet correct ratios which has led to questionable decision making. Our child's primary teachers, Miss Nicole and Miss Priya greeted her with enthusiasm and kindness before she was even enrolled. They are excellent at communicating with us, and our child reaches for them at drop off. They offer feedback and suggestions when we have questions or seek their direction. We always feel confident that our child is cared for and safe at Everbrook, and we greatly appreciate all of the staff there who make that possible."

"Originally, with the prior company and director, it was fantastic! However, the recent director and assistant director, as well as the regional manager, seem to care very little about the experience of the school and trying to help and work with the parents. In addition, after the acquisition, losing the extra 10% discount on our second child and overall increase in tuition increased our costs by almost $4000/year ($333/month). We're barely holding on financially and one parent may have to leave the workforce."

I liked Prestige a lot and there was very clear communication before any changes were made, which sufficient time allowed before the changes were implemented. With Everbrook, it's like I never know what's coming next. For the high price of Everbrook compared to other daycares in the area, I would expect better communication at the very least and also expect my opinion to be sought. Also the pricing for Everbrook is waaaay over the other daycares in the area and there's nothing special being provided by Everbrook that Prestige or other daycares don't provide as well"
