"Be more professional ! Improve on your communication with family!"
"We have had a very good experience so far. There has been a lot of change within the school but everyone is navigating the best they can."
"We absolutely love the teachers here. They have all been exceptional. The biggest problem happened when the new director came in and there was a mass exodus of all the good teachers. Since she has started there, we have mostly substitute teachers. My kids couldn’t even tell me who their teacher was because they truly don’t know. The new director has not been communicating with us and is difficult to get a hold of to speak to. I am frustrated because my kids are settled here and have friends so I don’t want to move them but I am concerned on what’s going on here behind the scenes. I’m very glad I can see on the cameras that gives me so much peace of mind. And I see how dang hard the teachers are working. They deserve to be treated well so they stay around."

I am writing this with hopes that parents will stop sending their children to this terrible place.
We went to our scheduled appointment for the tour and we were standing outside for 10 minutes. Once we got let inside by another parent, we waited for an additional 20 minutes. The lady at the front desk kept running around and finally acknowledged that the principal was coming to show us around. Another 15 minutes later, I saw the principal in the hallway looking at us, and she finally came to greet us. She kept making excuses that they were very short staffed. The tour was nice, so were the classrooms and a few people we met.
We decided to sign up our child, and the communication was TERRIBLE! Once we dropped off paperwork, we received our sons start date. Then, a few days later, the principal sent me a different child’s enrollment email.
So his first day, we get there and NOTHING was ready. They didn’t even know who our child was. They asked us “ what do you guys need today?”
They didn’t even know which classroom he was going too. Once that mess got covered, we take him to his classroom and we are just standing there in the classroom by the door. His teacher Michelle just came and grabbed him and walked away, we never met her before. We are just standing there with all of his stuff so she tells us to just put it in the corner.
Once we went back to the main area, none of our credentials worked for the app. Matter fact, we didn’t have credentials at all. The principal told me to talk to the app technical support to fix my Family& Guardian ID……. I didn’t know that was my job?
They still didn’t know my child’s name.
Our son is fully potty trained and has been for months, he has been to daycare before. He had so many accidents and also he was shaking when we picked him up. He also was sleeping in wet shorts and underwear on his first day . His teacher was nowhere to be found.
He was acting so weird after we picked him up. We went to go get some of his things from the classroom and his teacher goes “ he’s in the other room” but indeed we were carrying him and he was right in front of her face. Needless to say, she didn’t even notice her new kid???? Then she told us he had a good day?
The next day, we dropped him off and they were eating and some random lady grabs him from a different classroom to sit down to eat. They ran around the room, didn’t do any educational activities. They slept with the light on for almost 3 hours and they did not do any potty breaks. My son was standing there jumping around waiting to be taken to the bathroom. We go to pick him up and the teachers goes “ he didn’t have any accidents but his pillow and his blanket is very moist from yesterday, I think he peed” they made him lay with his pee blanket and pillow from the DAY BEFORE. They didn’t even offer him a different set of bedding? He smelled so bad, that as soon as he got home, he went in the shower. He had an accident while napping, his shorts were soaked and he was shaking. He also told us he got pushed in the stomach while playing and said he fell.
We called and took him out of the daycare but the next week we go to pick up his extra outfit we left there. But there was also an drenched with PEE outfit that had been sitting in the bag for a week in the principals office and NOONE CALLED OR EMAILED. This place is disgusting and the people who they hire are even more disgusting.
The manager, the principal, the teachers are disgusting. "
"Our child’s teacher is great but the school is under staffed and as a result seems disorganized. Very unhappy with the food served but at the end of the day my kid is happy and well taken care of."
"The quality of care and education decreased significantly with leadership changes. This seems to be improving since the new director has started."
"Great experience thus far. Caring teachers and director."
"We have loved this school for a long time due to the staff, specifically the director and Sherri. I have never been concerned about their well-being and that is incredibly important. I am seeing educational growth in both of my girls and that makes me incredibly happy."
