"We love this school and trust the staff wholeheartedly with our children. We have had positive experiences from the director to the teachers. Our kids have learned and grown so much"
"Poor. Changing schools in fall"
"Wonderful school with great staff"
"It's a really lovely school, and everyone makes an honest effort."
"We love the school. Teachers are thoughtful and professional. Management is always available and quick to remedy any classroom issues. Staff turnover has been a concern, but it seems that worked out. Even through the turnover, we were always communicated with about where our child would be and who their teacher would be, even if it was a sub- we would get a picture and bio on SproutAbout. Meals are nutritious. My child has a wonderful teacher and many friends. The community events that the school holds are very well done and inviting. I also like the summer camps!"
"It was great when we first started, and has since had its ups and downs. Unfortunately the change in opinion seemed to be around the same time the school changed companies, coincidental or not. Talking to other families, we don't feel like the only ones. Our kid loves being here and has had some great teachers who know who they are. We hoping for continued progress that will improve our opinion as they get older. Proximity is very important to us and has been a major factor if/when determining to look at different schools."
"We love it. The care from the teachers has been amazing. Everyone is friendly and we feel so comfortable with our daughter there. The lesson plans are amazing. I love the live stream feature to get to peak at my daughter during the day. The teachers upload great pics and videos. They are the best!"
"We love Ellie. She has been fantastic to us and our child. She checks on him every day even though he left her class months ago! Always has an encouraging story to tell us about our child."
"We love our teachers, but have concerns with leader"
"We love the director but this school needs help! Shovel out the playground, find staff to help her!"
"I have some concerns due to recent unavailability of teachers which resulted in not having care available. I recognize that there are issues when teachers are sick, but this is not uncommon. We chose a center specifically to avoid issues of childcare unavailability. The notice given was very last minute, despite requesting updated information earlier so we could arrange alternate care. We are also concerned that one of the teachers that has been there a long time and who we absolutely adored is leaving and we are concerned that it has something to do with the new management change. This is VERY unfortunate. This woman is very caring and knowledgeable about child care. I don't need lesson plans or pictures a day if it means losing a valued teacher."
"Our child really enjoys school and the director has done a lot to be present in the classroom training and supporting the teacher. We hope they find their spark soon!"
"Not great. The lack of consistency and poor food choices etc for what we pay is disappointing at best. Never the same teachers and it seems our child isn't learning too much but more taught at home then school."
"Fantastic. The school leadership has been diligent in creating a safe and enjoyable environment for the students. Any concerns or questions brought to the team have been quickly and adequately addressed. We appreciate everything the teachers and staff do for the kids and for us."
"Very happy with the school as a whole. Very disappointed with the company at large. I've watch it run itself into the ground since the change from prestige and it's so sad bc we see what it could be but unfortunately the company doesn't think the kids should have properly cleaned spaces without burdening the teachers/director. Let your teachers focus on the children and it would be a phenomenal program. Unfortunately as it stands, we are so disappointed with the CEO allowing these burdens to be placed on teachers to save some money. All the goods ones are leaving and the new ones are gone in weeks. Every ex teacher complains about the same thing- and echoes the parents- so I'm hoping having a parent bring this to light will give the teachers a voice. If you are short on money, maybe you should combine the schools with low enrollment ... or make a better business plan that doesn't involve burning out your best staff."
