"The staff cares, but there’s been a lot of turnover. The safety issues between students has been our biggest concern since we started at this school."

"I’m quite shocked that both our directors/principals have left after the everbrook takeover. The current director is in the role and is excellent but she’s drowning with no support. The teacher turnover is getting undesirable and our favorite teacher is now being placed at another school due to work/life relationship conflicts. The change in hours has been difficult on us, we need a center that can be open past 530. Making it from downtown Minneapolis to Minnetonka in a half hour in winter is just not feasible. In a post COVID world, many people are returning back to work and need longer hours. I’m not a fan of the new rules being put in place about hours allowed at the center. The parking lot is horrible. The constant fees for registration, summer registration, supplies, etc are just really crazy. We pay so much already and then we get taxed on summer fees (when my kids didn’t even go on any field trips!!) Overall, I love this center but the turnover and fees have made me look into other options."

"It was very positive the first year plus. Recently several staff members have left and the atmosphere is totally different. We’re trying to be patient while replacements are found but I’m never really sure who will be with my kud at pick up and we don’t have much dialog."

"Overall we have had a great experience with school. Occasional issues have arrived but felt they were addressed in a timely manner. Staff turnover has made communication difficult as no consistency with teachers. Often not knowing who the teachers are with my child which leaves me uneasy. This has raised concern and has made us consider changing schools, but again understanding most centers are facing staffing issues."

"The director and teachers at the school are amazing! They always use the children's names and you can tell the work culture is healthy and they are working as a team, even with all the changes going on this year."

"We have enjoyed sending our child here from infancy to his present toddler age. He amazes us with what he learns at school and brings home to share with us. He loves his teachers, and it's clear the teachers and staff are truly invested in the roles they play with the children. Each day we get updates on the app to have a sense of how the day is going, and if there's anything out of the ordinary, we receive an email, call or app message. We partner with his teachers on any development areas that need attention (potty training at the moment!) and they share the joy we as parents do when we see him growing and succeeding. I can't recommend Everbrook enough and we're looking forward to sending our second child to the infant room later this year when she joins our family."
