"We are pleased with Everbrook. The staff is very friendly, and I appreciate that they know us along with my child by name. It is also a very clean facility, which I like as well. There are only a few concerns that I have and would like to address. With the way the world is today and what is going on around us, I would feel more comfortable if someone was at the front desk at all times. I want to note that I do like all of the security measures that are put in place and the codes you have to enter to get in. However, there have been times when I have picked up my child and no one is up front. That makes me uncomfortable. Any adult could give there code to someone and if no one is at the front desk monitoring who is coming and going, that is concerning to me. I think someone should be up there at all times monitoring who is coming and going. It is a big ask, and I get that. However, I think that is just where we are with schools today and that is unfortunate."
