"In a word: Positive. From the beginning, we have felt very much part of a team, partners, in caring for our child. We did have a bit of a challenge in the beginning with getting our voice heard by the teacher regarding our child's nap routine, but when we finally brought the issue to the director, she handled it so professionally and really put us at ease. That same week, the issue was resolved, and our child was much more rested. We could see an immediate change for the better. I do believe the staff, at all levels, genuinely care about each child."

"I have always been so incredibly happy with Everbook, even before when it was called Prestige when our daughter first started here at 1 1/2. The staff are all so wonderful, loving, and really are about the kids, and as a parent, that is one of the most important things in a school aside from education/curriculum. The atmosphere was also another amazing selling point for us - we just felt instantly connected, like it was a family feeling. I also am always so amazed by the level of creativity in the activities they do here not just from a learning standpoint (LOVE the STEAM program!!), but also from a fun camp standpoint during the Summer w/ Splash Days, farm animals visiting the school, etc., to special celebrations for birthdays/holidays/other random, fun celebratory days, to events after school hours getting everyone together. And I absolutely HAVE to mention the unmatched devotion, loyalty, enthusiasm, respect, & just all around amazingness of our daughter's Preschool teacher, Ms. Lexi!!!"
