"They took my money for a mobile phone and never sent anything, nor did they bother to tell me they wouldn't be sending anything. Multiple hotmail addresses and no working phone line. Had to open a Paypal dispute to (hopefully) get cash back. Pure scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, IT'S A CON!!!!!"

"Ordered a phone from them. Got an email acknowledgement from a personnal email address with a Parcel2Go tracking number and heard nothing more. The tracking number is not recognised by Parcel2Go either !! A week later I called them to cancel the order. Just got an endless queue with option to leave a message and they would call back. They never did. Emailed them, no reply. Had to raise a Payypal dispute to get a refund. Get the impression it's a one man outfit. Not professional at all. Best to avoid unless you want a lot of hasstle."

"Literally the worst company I have ever come across.

They send me my parcel which was faulty. Posted it back out of my own money (Cost £11 signed for) and they took ages to respond as to whether they'd tested the part.

Claimed they'd tested it and that it was working fine, they then decided to refund me the cost MINUS £54.

I sent the item back within 7 days and they took £54 claiming that it was an "Admin/restock fee" - Utter daylight robbery.

They might sell stuff cheap but for god sake don't give in and buy stuff from there. If you get something and it works the you're probably OK, but if you get something and want to return it or it's faulty then you're in trouble!
