Excapliperpc a Company with Great Customer Service

"i ordered a MSI gaming computer from them. i had problems with getting it to work and then it would not reboot. Amazon got in touch with the company and I received an email from them. I called and spoke to the manager Steve and was pleasantly surprised at the great service. They sent a shipping label to return the computer at no cost to me. We discussed my needs and realized I did not need the additional hard drive as I use external drives. This saved me over one hundred dollars. They said that when they receive the computer back they would send the new one by air. When I tracked the new one I saw they received it on Monday. I called on Tuesday to see what I had to do next. He advised the new computer was already sent and would arrive the next day which it did. They also offered to assist in setting it up. I called and John the technician spent a lot of time helping me get everything right and making sure everything worked on the computer. He also assisted me in making a restore disk and mailed one fed ex to me. I was really blown away with the five star service from both John and Steve. The computer is excellent and working great. I use it to edit videos and everything is working fine. I would tell anyone looking to purchase a computer to go to them. John Pascucci ****@****"

Good Laptops, Fast & Great Customer Support

"Bought the MSI GE75 Raider 2080s from ExCaliberPc and it exceeded my expectations!

A laptop can run everything you’ll need and want, if not plugged the battery life is decent enough at mid performance.

But the main part of this review is how good their support is . I’m super grateful and happy for their help with everything and they’re pretty fast at replying and that’s what I call professional service :)

Good Service

"Good laptop overall. All the latest games I tried in it run smoothly at medium graphics and some at high graphics. The screen refresh rate is awesome considering the price of this laptop. 
Very good performance in both GPU and CPU. Excellent 120hz fluid display. Very fast and capable 512 GB SSD. Good Design including the RGB Keyboard. Somewhat satisfactory Batter Life. Easy to open and upgrade.

Not respecting the customer & Unprofessional

"I bought laptop from ebay by (EXcaliberPC) seller , Unfortunately after I paid and after order confirmed
they sent me message after 3 days tell me that order canceled cause No stock !
then return back the money :(
I lost 60 $ cause of Currency transmittal without any benefit or even recompense.
Really Disappointed .

Rudest customer service ever

"Asked about price match. There was a misunderstanding so I asked again for then to clear up and they told me to go buy the product somewhere else then had the audacity to reply to my facebook comment telling lies about how I wanted something they couldn't do. All I wanted was for them to clarify what they meant."

Their support is very fast guys, you can easily buy anything from them and you can ask anything that you are confused

"Today, I was looking for gaming laptop and I decided Msi GP65 rtx2060 model. However, I was just wondering if their payment page includes taxes or not but somehow that page never revealed. They directly said your order has been purchased.

Amazing service

"I just bought my Asus Rog Strix Scar III from ExcaliberPC last Monday with two add-on SSDs and I also got a lot of free bundles (about 8 items of those with total value is over $400). ExcaliberPC customized it really fast within 2 days and on late Wednesday, my laptop was shipped. I got it on that Saturday and my laptop came with a perfect condition with no any damage and defective. I'm very satisfied with my order. Thanks for ExcaliberPC!!!!"

Top notch service and they really care

"I pre-ordered an Asus Zenbook Pro Duo, and due to production delays at the manufacturer it took longer to arrive than I initially expected. However, Excaliber reached out to me to let me know about the delay, and they provided me with a few options for proceeding, which I thought was more than fair. They then quickly customized the laptop to my specifications (I ordered an upgraded hard drive), and they shipped it to me shortly thereafter. I appreciated their excellent communication throughout the process."

I will edit this reveiw depending on the outcome!!

"1. So I ordered my Laptop on the 5th of July 2019. Used my credit card and it processed successfully.
2. Waited till midday Monday because of the holiday to call and check the status.
The representative told me it is still in processing and could not give me an expected time for shipping. I said ok no problem.
3. No answer midday Tuesday so I decided to logon to their site and contact them be their message center for the status.
4. received a phone call and two e-mails. First one stating to please call them so I can verify my purchase. I call them and we go over the purchase order. He processes the order and states my credit card is declined. For me to call my bank and ask me is this a bank or debit card?
5. Any how I call my bank and they said "Sir the payment was processed on the 5th of July when you ordered it." The second payment got declined (I'm like second payment?) that's right they tried to charge me again.
6. So I called them back and they said "Sir we use Paypal and there is nothing from them yet, sometimes the manager needs to do it manually." (I'm thinking why is this my problem?) So I tell them I wish I never use you am I going to get my Money back? Sir you can cancel it and use Amazon people use us because they want the bundle.

Solution: Excalibur PC you need to change your payment processing it is horrible. Secondly you need to train your staff on costumer service they are horrible.

If I do not see an positive action today I will be canceling my order and buy form somewhere else.

Oh by the way I will call paypal myself something that you should do to resolve issues.

More to follow. Today is the 10thof July.

Phenomenal Support

"Their support has been phenomenal. I called before my purchase to ask questions and the person was very very knowledgeable and very patient as I asked a ridiculous number of questions. I purchased from them, which was also a very easy experience and has an issue with the laptop later. I called again and they tried to help me solve the problem even though I don't think they had any obligation to help (it turned out to be a manufacturer hardware issue). I will absolutely consider them first for my next PC purchase."
