"Purchased a Western Digital WD1003FBYX (RE4) hard drive. Shipped quickly and arrived quickly via FedEx Ground. Unit was very well packaged in both plenty of bubble wrap and peanuts. Probably would have survived a fall from outer space. Have not installed the drive yet and don't expect any problems but if there are any, it won't be due to any mishandling at EXcaliber. "Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced! Purchased a mouse and stopped working after a couple weeks, not a huge deal I can accept the fact that some products are defective. However, ExcaliberPC takes zero responsibility to resolve defective product issues. Pushed the issue off on the manufacturer, just takes your money and runs. Over one week to get an RMA approval from manufacturer and then they will not send a new one out, I have to wait for them to receive and try to repair it! Are you kidding me!!? This is a mouse, just replace it and move on! I am completely disgusted by this entire process and will never purchase another product manufactured or supplied by Qumax Corp or sold by EXcaliberPC! You should be ashamed of the way your organization handles defective product issues!"
